It’s required pay a non-refundable deposit to secure date and time frame that was agreed upon between Brush Elements and client. The client have up to 7 days to pay their deposit ( 24 hours if it’s a last minute booking) once the invoice is sent out.

The deposit amount is subtracted from the overall balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, onsite.

NO personal checks will be accepted day of the event. We accept Cash, Debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo and payment through the “Client Event Page” Link that is given through booking.

Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to our non-hypoallergentic cosmetic grade paints. Children with skin allergies for sensitive skin should either not participate, or have artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the party.

For sanitary reasons, artist will not paint anyone who appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; Covid-19: any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds.

Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.

By booking Brush Elements, LLC, clients agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to artist's equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests.

Artist will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client's and/or parents' responsibility. Artist cannot see other children and what they are doing while painting.
